Although Tortworth Court left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service, it was a superb location for a conference and I enjoyed the morning, presenting to the top achievers of Servicemasters, one of the largest industrial contract cleaning companies in the world. The FGDP day in Glasgow yesterday was an absolute pleasure to deliver. In the morning over 100 dentists heard me present on financial controls in practice management and in the afternoon an audience of 270 dentists and VDP’s listened to The Patient Journey.
