Zero tolerance

Yesterday I spoke about The Clean Sweep.
Today I share with you the single most profound coaching exercise you will ever undertake.
We tolerate the following:

  1. THINGS – that don’t work properly
  2. SITUATIONS – with which we are uncomfortable
  3. RELATIONSHIPS – that make us unhappy

So the exercise is to write down a list of all of your current tolerations.
The challenge is to remove them.
The aim is zero tolerance.
It takes technical skill to fix things that are faulty.
It takes moral fortitude to refuse to accept situations that are making you feel uncomfortable.
It takes emotional courage to move away from relationships that are making you feel unhappy.
All three can cost you money, either by spending it or leaving it on the table.
In the short term – pain.
In the long term – gain.
Make the decision.
Zero tolerance.
