Your goals are what you will do next during an agreed period time. It is how you will ensure that your people perform, are measured and are held accountable.

Your tasks are the things you need to do today before you go home, or delegate or defer or delete.

Your final destination is the finish line. It is what you will do next when you have achieved your strategy.
