Hi, my name is Nicki and I am the Business and Development Manager of College Street Dental Practice, a top end purely private practice, based in Petersfield, Hampshire. My role is to be responsible for all elements of HR and Recruitment, Business Analysis – where are business is coming from – this includes preparing monthly spreadsheets and financial information, including Key Performance Indicators, and presenting to the Principal on a monthly basis. A large part of my role is Business Improvement and marketing – promoting our services, externally: both direct to patients and to other dental practices as a centre for specialist referrals. Our practice also employs a Practice Manager, so my role does not include the traditional elements of a Practice Manager.
I would be interested in speaking to/meeting up with people doing a very similar role in order to share ideas, processes and network. My aim would be for a small group of us to be able to be a support network to each other remotely, and also to perhaps meet up once a quarter/twice a year in a location suitable to us all ( UK geographics allowing of course!)
