One thing I learnt during the first week of the Kois course was that a lot of toothpastes have high dental abrasively – unfortunately this includes an alarming number of products from “trusted” brands such as Colgate. The manufacturers do not provide this information on the box, for obvious reasons. So actually this may further be damaging us!
