As usual, I woke at 4.00am this morning and spent my first morning in North America pootling about my room and preparing for the 3-day Coaching Business School intensive.
This is a departure from my usual routine on single day workshops, working very “narrow and deep” with a small group of clients.
I’m as interested as anyone to see how this develops and I’ll keep you posted.
Toronto is dull, grey, overcast and very cold.
But you don’t have to go out in it – the city is honeycombed with mile of underground shopping malls and walkways between office centres.
I found my obligatory Starbucks this morning and watched the commuters scurry by with the laptops they had used to take work home last night. A global phenomenon – could have been anywhere on the planet.
