Online marker looking to help London-based practices improve their Google ranking

My name is Stephen Holmes, 23 and from the UK. I am an online marketer and very good at ranking websites high up in Google. I do this in several niches, one of which is dentistry. One of my strategies is to allow a relevant company to rent a website and make it appear to the visitors that the renting company own the website (their company info, pics, tel etc). I am number 1 in Google for a very valuable keyword in the London area and am receiving calls, but these calls are of little use to me. Do you know of any London-based dental practices that would be interested in more customers?
