  2. What’s the real problem?
  3. What effect is the problem having on the business?
  4. How is the problem making us feel?
  5. What’s the perceived solution?
  6. What is the real solution?
  7. What effect will the solution have on the business?
  8. How will the solution make us feel?
  9. What do we need in terms of money / time / people to make the solution happen?
  10. By when will the solution be in place?
