The first meeting of The Twenty

Today the first delegates will be arriving at The BDA in London for 2 days of meetings as members of my exclusive Twenty.
When I launched the Club back in late July, my commitment was to allow no more than 20 practices into this group – people with a bigger future.
I did not expect that to happen straight away – we have 10 practices who have joined us for this first meeting – and I expect it will take another year to recruit the final 10 members – that’s absolutely fine because I’m being selective about who I work with at this level.
I thought you might like to see the agenda for Friday’s Manager’s meeting and Saturday’s Principals meeting.
