Temp nurses:
We charge you £16.00 and pay our nurses a minimum rate of £12 per hour.
In order to supply great temps to you we pay one of the highest temping rates with an opportunity for loyal, reliable and hard working nurses to be awarded pay rises, giving them something to look towards.
We keep our nurses up- to date with free refresher courses and free access to our E-Learning CPD Programme.
All dental nurses on our books will be encouraged to partake in Saturday morning dental nursing training.
We offer this free to our nurses and refresh them on all the practical skills they need – the stuff the books don’t teach.
This includes:
- Patient rapport building skills & Patient care
- Managing stress & stressful situations in the surgery
- Software & Basic IT training
- Mixing materials
- Anticipation; How to be one step ahead of the dentist
Permanent nurses:
Here at the Dental Nurse Network we offer two types of recruitment.

We can find the right nurse for your practice. Our rate is 5% of the annual salary, less than most agencies, with the idea that more money can go back to the nurse.
