The benefits of bringing a TCO on board

Below is an excerpt from an email I received recently by a newly trained TCO (trained by Laura Horton):
One of my first clients as a TCO who has booked herself in for implant work was so impressed with the customer service she has received from us, that she has gone back to her employer (who happens to be the largest employer in the area) raving about the service she has received. Management has asked her to do a presentation to the company on her experience of customer care she received from Natural Smiles, to see if they can incorporate some of our customer care into their workforce…
Hopefully this will also lead to a new stream of patients as the company has roughly 3-4000 employees.
