How many times do I have to remind myself that a heartfelt “thank you” is often worth more then all the money imaginable (or applause for that matter).
A dental business manager emailed yesterday with a long question – but prefaced with the following observation on my recent ezine article about “making a difference”.
I arrived to work yesterday feeling all inspired to have my weekly meeting with the principals and whilst waiting for them both to arrive at the office I read through your email again (4th time now) … and realised that actually I have achieved a lot on that list and didn’t realise the extent to what my job has involved over the 15 months I have been here and how I have evolved not just on a personal level but on a professional one too. Â Â
So, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to you for making a difference to my life and to the difference I know you make to a lot of people who you work with every day.  Your friendly, no-nonsense approach is just so refreshing and extremely motivating. Your common sense, vision and advice is pure gold dust.  Â

I offer my own thanks for lifting my heart this morning.Â
