Getting questions teed up

In a few weeks’ time I will be attending an ITI Gold Day in South Wales and I’ve been asked to host an open-mike session after dinner on the Saturday night.
I don’t do “after-dinner speaking” but hopefully the audience will respond to the chance of firing questions on any subject.
I asked Cathy Johnson to come up with a question card for the evening – and here is the result. Once again, Cathy exceeds my expectations and I’m thrilled with the result.
It’s a small piece of paper and a little idea I know – but is there a version of this that you could use for GDP Study Club meetings or for your patients?
