Not every pitch I make is a success

Approached recently on behalf of a group of independent dentists who are joining together to explore ideas to generate new patients. They are mainly middle of the road practitioners who want to strengthen their family dental market in the face of recession, competition and falling numbers.

After my name was mentioned the feedback was:
“Oh no – not Chris Barrow – his style is too abrasive and he is too focused on the bottom line”

Thank God I haven’t lost my touch.
