Motivating your referring dentists

If you do enjoy referral business, its more important than ever to keep your referrers entertained, educated and informed.
If you don’t, your referrals will dry up as the principals become ever more inward focused.
James Hamill at Blue Apple in Northern Ireland knows this, which is why he and Sonya have created a year-long syllabus of:

  • professional networking events (CPD) on clinical subjects
  • Business development meetings with guest speakers (including my good self a few weeks ago)
  • Social events to have some fun

Keep them engaged and they will keep sending you referrals.
