Question: Would you offer a lifetime warranty on some of your work (free repairs) PROVIDED patients turned up for their hygiene and check-ups on time and in a regular fashion?
I’m thinking of ways to lock in patient loyalty – and also patient attendance when we have snow, super-moons, sunspots and all the other excuses.
Create a logging system that warned people if they didn’t make their appointments that they would lose the warranty (with a system to cover genuine emergencies).
Would you look at that – and, if so, what would you offer the warranty on?
