Here’s an enquiry from a client in the NW London area – I’d be interested to hear the views of readers.
Hi Chris,
Hope you are well, quick question, still recruiting for staff, I have a good candidate that’s an experienced nurse and possibily will make a good manageress/co-ordinator in the future. Salary is more than we normally pay but I hope she will be worth it.
This made me think carefully about staff wages, having seen our practice and the area we are in, what do you think we should be paying wage wise for the following roles?
– receptionist
– experienced dental nurse
– head nurse
– practice manager
– tx co-ordinator
