Healthcare is a long game – you had better get used to it

Please don’t contact me if you want to grow a patient base quickly.

I know how some people do that.

They throw money at the problem.

What you get for money is quantity.

You get patients who:

  • buy from you (if you are lucky/cheap);
  • and then leave (unless you are VERY good at keeping them).

Alternatively…..

Contact me if you want to expand an existing patient base slowly.

I know how to do that.

You don’t need a lot of money.

You do need time and people.

What you get in exchange is quality.

You get patients who:

  • buy from you;
  • stay with you;
  • trust you;
  • recommend you to their family, friends and colleagues.

Why am I busy?

Because I’ve spent 22 years building trust.

Why are my clients busy?

Because they build trust as well.

Software companies can go from zero to hero in months.

Healthcare companies cannot (should not) do that.

You are in a long game.

Get used to it.
