Here, we abide by my rules
I’m happy to work 70 hours a week to pay for your:
•           food, shelter and clothing
•           education
•           pleasure and leisure
•           wages for work done well
•           fees for services rendered effectively
•           invoices for goods supplied
I’m equally happy to spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, thinking about how I can make both our lives better and more profitable.
I’m happy to sacrifice my time, talents and (sometimes) well-being to achieve these objectives – because I’m wired, I’m DNA coded, to be one of those 10% of the population who run their own business.
I didn’t choose this – its a calling.
In return, from you, I require the following:
•           we play by my rules
•           if you have constructive feedback, please let me have it – it helps me evolve
•           I’m going to explain very clearly how I expect you to perform and behave
•           It will be for your good
•           I expect you to comply – because I know best
