Fight for the sake of the business

In conversation with a client on the subject of his Practice Manager (yes – it’s still a subject that is cropping up daily).
“the thing I really like about her is that. although she doesn’t always get things done the way I want, she fights for the sake of the business all the time.”
You can forgive a lot in return for that.
Look at each member of your own team and ask “do they fight for the sake of the business?”
