How did you hear about Coach Barrow?
I have followed Chris online for a few years and seen a sneak preview of him at a dental show before. I attended his webinars pre-course and was impressed by how much I learned from 3 one-hour webinars.
Why did you to book for The Extreme Business Workshop; what was on your shopping list?
As above I have learned lots online from Chris and his webinars hence booking was a “no brainer”. I really wanted to learn more about leadership, internal marketing and how to analyse practice numbers.
What was the experience like – what was it like working with Chris for the two days?
Relaxed and intense. By relaxed I mean a great pace of learning with plenty of time for questions and talking about the subjects around the subjects. Intense because no one wanted to leave. We went through to 7pm on the first day and could have easily continued until 7pm the next day! Simple, yet very effective information which can easily be introduced into a practice daily and replicated. Honest answers always.
I also had Chris come into my practice for a full day with my team. The team loved it and are definitely “on board”.
What difference will the workshop make to your business and personal development going forward?
Better planning/time management – business and personal. More educated practice numbers analysis. More tracking business numbers and performances. Well structured conversations and decision-making with team members which will hopefully make me a better leader. I am actually 2 weeks since my 2-day course and 1-day in-house training (I had so much to introduce to the practice this is the first time I have had a chance to write a testimonial). The team are motivated and engaged. “On Board” with end of treatment protocols, referrals and overall customer experience. I am motivated to lead by example.
