2012 BDA Conference in Manchester – a seminar to watch out for!

Last week I attended a teleconference with Robin Bryant, Mhari Coxon and Tricia Rawsthorne to throw some ideas around in connection with a presentation we have been asked to give at this year’s BDA conference.

The theme will be communication in practice with your team and with your patients and will be suitable for all dental team members.

The session is part of Philips’ ongoing support programme for young clinicians.

In a 22-minute conference call, the bones of an alternative presentation were assembled.

This one will have NO POWER POINT.

We intend to have an adventure with live demonstrations of what goes right and wrong in communication.

This will be a fun and informative session with so much knowledge and experience on tap for the audience.

And, judging by the laughter of the meeting, it will be a whole lot of fun.

Watch this space for further reminders.
