2 x Dental Practice Manager – Slough and Wembley – £22,000 to £28,000 basic plus bonuses
An amazing opportunity to make your mark in one of two new practices! The client is a dynamic growing company who are expanding across the UK. You will be given the autonomy to make your practice the best in the group. With high recognition rewards and an excellent working environment this is ‘the’ opportunity not to be missed!!
The Role:

  • Simple. . . A pro active Dental Practice Manager based in Slough or Wembley
  • Full management responsibility over the whole practice and a direct line to the MD
  • Customer facing, technical advice and leadership
  • Responsibility for promoting treatments, vanity products and procedures
  • All aspects of patient care and customer service
  • Policy and procedures and health and safety responsibility
  • Cash handling and stock control
  • Ideally software of excellence

The Person:

  • Must have experience of being a Dental Practice Manager
  • Organised, professional, hard working and dynamic
  • An all rounder with an outgoing personality
  • Someone who can see this as an opportunity to make their mark and grow with this every expanding company
  • Ethical, strength of character with excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Commutable to Slough or Wembley

The Package:

  • £22,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and the person
  • Bonuses depending on success in the role
  • Opportunity to grow with the company and make your mark
