I have a unique practice for sale, a ‘lifestyle’ practice in Gibraltar.  It is 20yrs established,  general dentisty 100% FPI up front with zero credit/cashflow problems.  There are some significant tax / regulatory advantages to pratcising here,  eg no CQC, HTM or even GDC, as well as a litigation rate [mps figures] that is 5% of the UK’s.
The practice makes a net profit of £200k,  single dentist on 32-hour week.
Reason for sale is that I’m retiring.
