Tactical questions
What are we going to do?
How are we going to do it?
When are we going to do it?
Who is going to do it?
By when will it be done?

Strategic questions
What is our overall objective?
How will we know when we have reached our goal?
What is the purpose of our business?
What do we want patients to say about us?
What are our core values?
How do we want our team to feel about working here?
What reputation do we want with our suppliers?
How will we be rewarded for our success (and when)?
Tactics builds bridges.
Strategy decides where to build them.
Too many organisations focus on a frantic obsession with tactics.
And then lose sight of the strategy.
You can’t have one without the other…….
