A superb day in Northern Ireland yesterday, visiting two practices with whom I intend to work on 100% Growth over the months ahead.

The Difference:

Zen Orthodontics in Newry – 4 years old.

Creative Smiles in Belfast – established over 25 years.

The Similarity:

A realisation that they have a bigger future – but need help to get there.

A desire to begin that journey.

Excellent management teams – people with passion to add to the commitment of the owners.

A lot to do – we were able to identify a host of issues that will be addressed as they future-proof their businesses.

My confidence is in the knowledge that both businesses have owners, managers and team members who can get things done.

I am able to do my best work when I am working with amazing people on a monthly basis – holding them to account for their progress and steering them in the right direction when they need guidance.

Tuesday was a reminder of how much I love the work I do.
