The One-Page 2019 Impact Plan – how to stay focused on what matters most

Today is the first Monday back at work for many people – the first full working week of the year.

It’s still not too late to think about your goals for the year ahead and about the actions in the next 90-days that will begin your journey.

Before Christmas I mentioned an exercise undertaken with some of my clients to answer the following question:

What achievements in 2019 would have the biggest positive impact on me and those around me?

In the resulting conversations, we developed a form for completion that I’m sharing here with you now.

Plan some peace and solitude time over the coming days to think about your answers to the questions raised.

The exercise may help you, as it has helped others, to remain focused on their primary objectives for the year ahead.
