The kind of email I just love to read

Dear All
Fantastic news, we can officially confirm we have today achieved our Invisalign Challenge of 100 patients in 1 year!!!!!
We did 10 cases during the previous year and in March 2010 Simon, Chris and myself set ourselves the challenge to achieve 100 cases during this year, starting from 17th March 2010 and we are extremely pleased to say the 100th patient was seen today.
We consider this to be an amazing achievement, although at times it’s been difficult and challenging, we are extremely pleased and proud of ourselves.
We’ve worked tremendously hard on our marketing and have built strong strategic alliances with local businesses and have continued to build our relationship with our referring GDPs.
We can tell from patient referrals and feedback that we have successfully increased the awareness of Orthoworld Taunton amongst the adult population of Taunton which was one of the aims we set out to achieve.
We would like to thank Flic for your continued support and encouragement and Chris Barrow for your pep talk on the 15th March 2010 and for giving us belief.
With special thanks to Simon for all you hard work and a big thank you to the whole OW Taunton team.
Kind Regards, Sue Tomlinson (Practice Manager) & Chris Coleman (Treatment Co-ordinator)
