Revisiting the Amnesty Letter

Back on 23rd March 2010 I featured in this blog a letter that had been used by Penistone Dental Care to reactivate dormant patients.
The Amnesty Letter

I was chatting to a client last week who has been using a version of the letter this year and reported that a good number of patients had returned to his practice, resulting in treatment of over £15,000 being agreed.

That seems a very ROI to me on a relatively simple exercise.

So perhaps the summer months would be a good time to try again and see who is out there and may:

1. have had a change in their personal circumstances or

2. shopped around for other dental services and had a poor experience.

Give it a try…
