Paddles – planning in advance

I’m reminded this week that, sometimes, mild panic is a condition that it is very easy to fall into.
After almost 2 weeks of planning meetings with my business partners and support team, we have a 5-year vision of creating an enterprise-capable business that will have a capital value – we have a business plan, diary and cash flows for 2008 – and we have an overwhelming list of “to-do’s” which began on Monday just gone – 1st October.
There is so much to before the end of this year.
But we have a plan and a talented team of people to implement the plan.
I know that.
I have a paddle and canoe – and I know which direction I’m moving in!
My thanks to Richard Hellen for sending me this photograph of the alternative.
