Exterminate!

On more than one occasion in the last few days I have found myself in conversation about team members who just don’t cut the mustard.
Regarding this subject I now realise that I passed Ghenkis Khan and Attila the Hun, heading steadfastly to the right, about three months ago.

The next 2/3 years are going to be tough.

Leaders will make fortunes.
Laggards will die.

Clients/Patients will select only the best products, services and customer service experiences.
Dentistry is a retail business, offering products and services to a high level of professionalism.
Cosmetic and restorative dentistry will boom.

Team members who are:

  • resistant to change
  • consistently late
  • frequently sick
  • Ronseal workers (do what it says on the packet – no more)
  • miserable
  • gossips
  • unwilling to step outside their comfort zone
  • ever utter the words “its not my job”
  • disrespectful
  • unkempt

MUST BE EXTERMINATED.
Do it now.
