Bar stool coaching

Recipe
Take a group of less than 20 people (17 today) made up of Principals, spouses and senior managers.
Invite them to a good quality hotel for Friday night dinner and Saturday.
At 09:00 on Saturday morning, sit on your bar stool at the front of the room, with laptop and projector at the ready.
Not a Powerpoint slide in sight. No fixed agenda. Flip-chart handy.
Ask a question:
“How can I help?”
Wait for the questions.
Answer them and also facilitate the exchange of experiences and views from those attending.
Result
A dynamic day of discovery for all concerned.
By 17:00 today, some people will be making BIG decisions about their future strategy and tactics.
