Accident number 3

Just to prove that they do come in three’s.
I pull up outside my hotel in London on Wednesday night and ask for a porter to load my bags on a trolley.
Having done that, we both watch in a movie-style slow motion as the trolley rolls down the pavement and crashes into the side of my Pontiac GTO, leaving a large dent in the rear inside wing.
The hotel are consulting their procedures manual.
Wednesday I spent in a dental surgery – thankfully not doing any dentistry but borrowing the room from Tim Thackrah to conduct my call-in day.
I use my mobile phone all day for the 15-minute back to back calls – as a result of which my telephone provider O2 assume that the phone has been stolen and cut me off.
