“This was everything I was expecting and more! Having recently completed a 2-year Australian dental business course I was looking for the next step. I have followed Chris for 12 years, so when saw he was in Oz I booked in straight away to see what he had to offer and I was not disappointed!

His course pulled together lots of different things I’d been reading about and then presented it in a logical, simple and systematic way. This ranged from the patient journey, time management, social media, new patients, presenting large treatment plans, verbal skills and so much more. You would think it would be too much for just a few days but Chris presents it in such a simple way it’s easy to digest. You are also literally spoiled with handouts to read at your own leisure.

This course is great for new owners who want to get systems in early for future growth and also people wanting to take their practices to the next level or go multi site. I have already started implementing changes literally a week after the course.. all of which I know will pay off long term.

So in summary, I really enjoyed it. It’s easily one of the best courses I’ve done in the last 5 years. If you like simple, easy to implement systems you can’t go wrong. I loved it so much that I’m taking my entire team next year when Chris is back in Oz!”

After two successful trips to Australia in 2018 and 2019 I’ve decided to extend my Workshop Programme to Australia in 2020.
